Behind The Design: Air Max Verona
The Nike Air Max Verona debuted in 1989 as the first Air Max designed for women. The running shoe was widely admired at the time and even worn at the White House by Tipper Gore for her runs around 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Fast forward to 2020 and the Verona returned, this time redesigned for women, by women.Art Direction: Peter Gjovik
